Who do we share your personal information with?

Where relevant, we share some personal information with the supplier of materials in order to register a warranty. Where you have placed your order with us through a thriod party (such as a kitchen company) we may share some personal information back to that third party (e.g. confirming completion, or for invoicing purposes where relevant).

We also use a number of trusted third party digital service providers to run our business, and where necessary we will share your information with them (for example, we use Xero for billing, and will share relevant personal information about you with Xero for that purpose). We store our client personal information primarily in Microsoft Office 365 and Moraware, in secure datacentres located in Australia and the wider Asia-Pacific region for Microsoft, and in the USA for Moraware.

Through the use of technical and organisational safeguards we take care to protect your personal information from loss as well as unauthorised access, use or disclosure. We only retain it if we have a business need to do so (for example, for warranty purposes, which can be up to 25 years depending on the product).

Providing some of the information we ask for is optional, however if you choose not to provide us with certain information we may be unable to provide you with our services (for example, if you do not provide your address we are unable to complete the job).
