How we work with you so that each job runs smoothly

The Six Step Process

We pride ourselves on making the process as hassle free as possible from initial consult to installation. Once the area has been templated, it will be 5-7 days until installation and 7-10 working days for more complex jobs.

If you are building, renovating or simply looking to upgrade your current kitchen benches, our friendly team is here to help with your project. The Stone Collective are committed to delivering the highest quality stone and ceramic surfaces. We proudly provide an extensive range of colours and styles to suit your budgets.

Step 1

Consultation

Visit our showroom to have a look at our products and discuss your project with our friendly, knowledgeable team.

If you have plans that we can price from, send these through to [email protected].

We can also make an appointment to come to site for a free measure and quote.

Step 2

Confirmation

Once you have selected your products, please fill in our order confirmation below. Send this form through to [email protected] and we will be in touch to book in a laser template. At this stage, we request a 50% deposit and balance is due upon completion.

Step 3

Templating

Our skilled templater will come and take a digital template to ensure accuracy of measurements and can answer any questions you may have. We ask that the bench area is please cleared prior to our arrival, this makes the whole process a lot easier. Depending on the complexity of the job, templating will usually take 1-1.5 hours. It is important that you have your sink, tap and hob onsite at this time so these can be measured.

Step 4

Fabrication

The team at our factory will make your benchtops using our state of the art machinery and years of craftsmanship. Throughout the process, we maintain a high level of attention to detail and quality check at every step of the way.

Step 5

Installation

Our lead time is 5 – 7 working days from the template visit, this can vary if your job is more complex as we may need a little more time to perfect? We will contact you the day prior to advise our time of arrival, please ensure the area is clear to make it hassle free for our team.

Installation generally will take 3-4 hours, an important detail to note is if you have an undermounted sink you must wait 24 hours after install before the plumber can come and connect. This gives the sink enough time to set, the team will also use props to keep the sink in place overnight, these can be also be removed after 24 hours.

Step 6

Completion

Time to pay the final balance and enjoy your beautiful new stone surface!
